Testimonials & Recommendations

Do not underestimate Lillie’s talent. I worked with her for 9 months and her attitude, work ethic and creativity exceeded my expectations. She clearIy has a head start on her design career and will not disappoint. I highly recommend Lillie.
— Daren Elosh, Sr. Art Director at Sync
Lillie Templeton is wise beyond her years, both in the way she carries herself and in the maturity of her raw creative talent and real skill. In her first few months at Sync - in a demanding creative shop with extremely high expectations of ourselves and each other - Lillie made critical contributions to both the Hocking College and Bricker & Eckler ad campaign concepts. She made an immediate impact in brainstorming sessions that were challenging for those of us with over a decade or two of experience. Always prepared, always early to work, always passionate, Lillie is quite honestly the most exceptional young creative I have ever worked with.
— Brian Sturtz, Brand Manager at Sync
Our organization had developed an in-house job aid using a PowerPoint slide and amateur graphics and font styles. I submitted the core material to Lillie for concept work and within a week’s time she had excellent results back for me in a variety of styles. I presented the options to the end clients and when presented with a list of recommended changes, I took those back to Lillie. Without complaint she made the recommended edits and turned the work around well in advance of the deadline. I would highly recommend Lillie and look forward to consulting with her on future projects.
